Frequently Asked Questions

Are you guys properly insured?

Yes, we are. while it is illegal in most states to rent inflatables without state inspections and insurance, New York remains one of the few unregulated states in the country.

Do you offer Customer Pick-Ups?

At this time, we do not offer customer pick-ups.

What kind of power is required?

Our bounce house plugs into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are using. Placement of bounce house should not be any further than 50ft from that outlet.

Is there a desposit required to reserve rental equipment and inflatables?

We require a non-refundable deposit. Each piece of equipment has a listed price and what the deposit is.

Do you rent by the hour?

We do not offer by the hour. We take our setup, tear down, and clean up seriously. We want to make sure that everything stays in the best shape possible.

Can I have my party at a park?

Yes, some parks require that you have a reservation in order to have a bounce house at the park. Contact the park district for requirements. Also make sure that there is access to electricity, or you may need to rent a generator that we offer as well.  Also remember that you will be responsible for the bounce house or any other piece of equipment that you rent while you have it.

What is your weather policy?

Your child's safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses.

How do I pay

We accept Cash, or credit cards/debit cards.

When do you set up?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day, generally we arrive in the morning before your party begins. We will call the day before to setup a good time to meet someone at the location.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes, the blower needs to stay plugged in to keep the bounce house inflated. That is why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit, or have a generator.

What surfaces do you set up on?

Grass is always the preferred place to set-up, but we can always set-up on aspalt, concrete or dirt. We cannot set up on any type of rocks, as the constating rubbing will wear through the vinyl. Please let us know as soon as possible if setting up on asphalt or concrete so we can make arrangements for proper anchoring of the units.

Can I change the unit I rent?

you may change rental unit for any other unit that is available at any time.

DO I need to supply anything?

We will bring everything needed to set up withing 100 feet of a power supply. Please make sure there is a clean area for set-up, remove any branches, rocks or sharp objects.

DO you supply attenants?

At this time no we do not.

What if I have to cancel?

No problem, just give us a call, we would appreciate as much notice as possible, so we have a chance to rent your bounce house to someone else. If you will be out the deposit since all deposits are non-refundable.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, sharp objects, silly string, adults using a bounce house not rated for adults.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation. Also, silly string, cum, candy and food stains or cleaning will be subject to $100.00 cleaning charge. Silly string damage is permanent and will be charged the entire cost of the unit, please be aware of this, once paid you will own the unit.
